Doors open at 22:00. Music starts from 23:00. Venue closes 04:00.

When is last entry? Can I leave and re-enter?
Last entry is 01:00. Once you are inside there is no re-entry. Arrive early, it's going to be busy.
Age & ID Policy
This event is strictly 18+ (No ID - No Entry). We accept valid passport, valid drivers license, armed forces ID or UK passcard with hologram. Challenge 25 is in operation at the venue. Bags larger than A4 are strictly not permitted.
Can I park on-site?
No on-site parking is available for guests. Do not drive into the taxi drop-off as it gets very busy. There is an NCP car park around 100m from the venue if you are driving. There is a dedicated taxi and Uber rank outside the entrance.
Does the venue have WiFi?
Yes, free WiFi is available.

Mobile signal inside the venue is limited.
Prohibited items
Weapons and drugs are strictly prohibited. Other prohibited items include alcohol, liquids, perfume, glass, tools, flares, umbrellas, chewing gum, fireworks, laser pens, bladed articles (including scissors and knives), air horns, flag poles, banners, radios, cans, and anything deemed unsafe by venue management. Bag checks will be carried out on entry and prohibited items will be confiscated.
Medical cannabis
If you need to bring medically prescribed cannabis, contact access@factoryinternational.org or call 0161 817 4531 (10am–5pm Monday–Friday) to make arrangements.
Will there be clothing available on site?
No clothing will be sold on site.
Is there a cloakroom available?
Yes, there is a cloakroom on the ground floor to the left of the toilets. Bags larger than A4 are not permitted. Take a photo of your ticket in case you lose it. Bring warm clothing as it may be cold when leaving.
Will food be available?
Yes, pizza is available at the downstairs Social Bar. It is recommended to eat before arriving and take breaks during the event.
What can/can’t I wear?
No hi-vis clothing, balaclavas, or domestic football shirts.
Is the site wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the site is accessible. Contact access@factoryinternational.org for any access requirements.
Where can I smoke?
Smoking and vaping are only permitted in the designated smoking area (lower Hall bar foyer, pink stairs). Smoking inside the venue will result in removal.
Where is medical/welfare?
If you feel unwell or unsafe, speak to staff or the welfare team in pink hi-vis. Medical and welfare points are located just off the dance floor, with roaming teams throughout the venue.
Is free drinking water available?
Yes. Free water is available at designated points (orange box, lower Hall foyer, east warehouse). Canned water is also available at the bar. Empty bottles can be refilled.
Drug safety policy
Zero tolerance policy. Anyone found with or distributing drugs will be refused entry or removed.
